Our guiding goals: keeping clients safe, delivering an amazing experience, and digitalizing where possible.
As we enter the new normal and the ability to foresee a possible wedding date returns, it’s essential for us to constantly be updating how we adapt to the world situation. More specifically, we’re focused on client onboarding. When everything first happened, we focused all our energy into accommodating existing clients to the tune that we weren’t accepting, for a period of time, new clients.
Now that we’re comfortable and feel our current client base is in a good place, we’ll reopen our acceptance period.
This document will talk about what this process now looks like, how onboarding happens, and how you can expect to meet your team.
The Initial Meeting
We cannot have these in-person. It saddens us to not be able to hug customers, however, it is not our place nor a requirement to put our future brides and grooms at risk.
Thus, all consults will happen via Zoom, Skype, or Facetime. Clients do not need to have their camera on, however, we will so you can get to know us!
Feel free to join the meeting with a glass of wine in hand!
One-month-out Meeting
If possible, we’ll have this in-person. However, until October (now, extended through January), we will be holding these via Zoom, Skype, or Facetime. To once more, ensure safety.
Day-of
We’ll be sending the required number of team members. For this time, we will not have interns or any additional support staff, unless contracted, join the wedding.
You will be allowed to take off your mask, when safe. However, our team members will always keep their mask on, we kindly ask that you also ensure anyone with you has been either (a) Verified Covid negative or (b) Does not and has not matches any of these symptoms in the last two weeks.
Keep in mind, if you’d like us to do Bridal Coverage or Grooms Coverage, since we’d have to enter the room and be in close proximity, we ask all members get FREE Covid testing and provide us those results. We also ask that they quarantine directly after their testing until the day-of to ensure their result doesn’t become inaccurate.
Post-wedding, album design, or consults
We will be holding these all online, as for pickups, that’ll be done safely where you won’t have physical contact with a team member.

FAQ:
Of course, we’ll be addressing this case-by-case. but, we’re here to help. Email to support@ccdesignstudio.com and please explain how we can help.
No, since all services you’re paying for must be in-person, we will not be discounting. plus, we need to pay our staff and stay in business.
We would love for brides to have some photos mask-less, however, you should check with your other service providers (like: Venue) to ensure they’ll allow the removal of a mask. Additionally, we ask that at every time possible for you to have your mask on, you do.
Once more, this is not solely our decision. we do ask everyone who can wear a mask does, however, if approved by all other vendors we’ll also comply with that approval.
All weddings look different now, we'll take photos of your guests, however, we have the right to remain further back if they remove the mask and have not been verified Covid negative.
Two weeks off doesn't work for us. If we get sick, it's serious, we all live with our significant others and for some, they're high risk. We love weddings, however, we cannot put our team at risk for a wedding. We must be safe, first and foremost.
We will reschedule along with your venue. Keep in mind, your photography team may change pending the date.
