Credit card fees, explained

Curious on what that processing or usage fee is, here’s a breakdown of what we’ll charge you when you use our payment form online.

It is financially unfeasible for us to override these fees, if they’re a blocker for you, consider our cash/check options; for more information contact us.

Processing Fee

We charge 3.5% and $0.60 for all transactions to accommodate our form provider’s processing fee and our credit card processor’s processing fee.

Usage Fee

If you’re paying under $400 we will charge a $50 housekeeping and processing fee. If you’re paying over $3,000 we will charge a $100 housekeeping and processing fee.

This housekeeping and processing fee goes towards our team for bookkeeping, record keeping, and more. We also add this to protect us from the additional small/large transaction fees our two providers which your payment will pass through charge.

How Do I Avoid Fees

To avoid our processing fee, contact us regarding paying in cash/check. To avoid our usage fee, make a payment between $401 and $2,999.

Do Fees Count Towards My Contract Price

No. Fees are for the payment, only the net amount your paying (payment total minus fees) will be deducted from your balance.

Where is the client app?

After careful consideration, we have shut down the client app and dedicated those funds and hours into making our main website (ccdesignstudio.com) as powerful as possible.

Payments

Go to ccdesignstudio.com/clients/payment to make a payment.

As for your current balance please contact billing@ccdesignstudio.com to receive your personal database.

Galleries

We just entirely redesigned our gallery finder! Go to ccdesignstudio.com/event for the new one-stop-shop!

Assignments

Your account manager will email you your assignment. To get your document that goes over that information email support@ccdesignstudio.com.

Timelines

Timelines will now be emailed to you for approval. To get yours email support@ccdesignstudio.com.

Making a package adjustment

Package adjustments may now be done online! Checkout the portal »

Simply go to ccdesignstudio.com/clients/adjustment and buy the additional items you’d like in your package.

When filling out the form, it will ask for a card, no matter what you select the form will not charge you. It will simply place a hold on that card for us to later process and charge after confirming the change with you. We do this since your account manager is required to look-over the change before we may process it.

All changes must comply with our upgrade policy.

Downgrades are not permitted.

Selecting two sets of favorites

To favorite two (or more) sets of images, you'll login using the same email with a different string.

Here's the example, if my email is example@gmail.com and I need to favorite 3 sets of images then my logins will look like this;

And so on, and so on, solely changing the number that follows "set" in an increment of one.

As for everything else, please refer to the selecting images help doc.

Selecting images for your album

First off, head over to our online viewing gallery!

You can find the link to yours on the events search page;

Head to Events Search Page

You must enter your name and email then click login before entering the gallery!

Now, let's break down the dashboard you're viewing and different sections;

When you'd like to favorite the current image you're viewing, click the favorite button below the current image, next to the navigation area;

Once you have favorited all your images, verify your favorite count is not above your package's approve image count.

Then, email support@ccdesignstudio.com and let me know you're done selecting images!

We'll submit your favorite list for album design and within the next two weeks or less, you'll receive a link with an online preview of your album for your approval or revision comments.

How album ordering works

Quick note: Our system does not alert us when you don't order an album, therefore, we place this on you to follow-up for it, select favorites, and notify us when it's ready for us to submit for design.

Step 1.

Login to your online viewing gallery and select the images you'd like (up to 60 unless specifically noted in your contract)

Step 2.

Once you have selected all your favorites, go ahead and email support@ccdesignstudio.com and notify us it time to submit the favorite for design.

This means you love all those images and want our design team to make an album design out of them.

We will deny your request if you surpass your image limit - we cannot filter or select images for you.

Step 3.

Within 2-6 weeks of submitting for design, you'll get a link to review your album layout draft.

Once you receive this, look through it, and leave comments for revision (if needed) or click "OK for Production."

If you click "OK for Production" there is no turning back, our lab immediately submits the album into their queue. By clicking "OK for Production" you're stating it's amazing and you have no changes.

We are not at fault should you not have requested a change to the album despite you wanting a change.

Album in hand + tissues nearby; it's time!
