Lead photographers are the show runner of weddings, they must be able to manage people on their best day, respectfully and professionally meanwhile being personable.

Core Expectations;

• 2+ years in photography

• 20+ weddings as an assistant photographer

• Nominated or won at least one award

• Experience in event or wedding planning

• A large gallery of amazing work

The workload;

• Variable

• Up to 100 days per year

• Low as 10 days per year
