Lead photographers are the show runner of weddings, they must be able to manage people on their best day, respectfully and professionally meanwhile being personable.

2+ years in photography
20+ weddings as an assistant photographer
Nominated or won at least one award
Experience in event or wedding planning
A large gallery of amazing work
The workload;
Variable
Up to 100 days per year
Low as 10 days per year
